Meet Ciara Conway , the brilliant salon owner behind two award-winning establishments in the hairdressing industry, Ciaras creative vision and leadership have transformed her salons into go-to destinations for style and innovation. Her hardworking and admirable attitude with building the La Mode business has not only led her to achieve personal awards such as “Best colourist of the year Alfaparf’ & 1st place in the IHF championships fashion and cut awards’ but has also inspired her team to excel.

Ciara Conway, is an inspiration in the hairdressing world, continues to shape the industry with her passion, talent, and commitment to excellence.

Karla

SALON MANAGER

Karla Browning is our Phibsborough salon manager she will be one of the first faces you meet when coming into the salon. Karla looks after all bookings and keeps the smooth running of the salon on a daily basis. Karla also looks after all our social media, so when you check out our Instagram page, she is the face behind all the hard work that goes into that.

Karla plays such an important role in our salon and keeps us all on track any questions or booking queries send them Karla’s way.

Sarah Fay

SENIOR STYLIST/SALON TRAINER

Sarah is one of our senior stylists. Sarah has over 15 years experience in hairdressing and has won several awards over the years in various competitions for colour and cutting.

Sarah has attended several courses on all aspects of colour and continues to educate herself to keep up with all the latest trends.Sarah also completed her colour specialist degree and is now one of our in salon colour & balayage specialists and in house educator.

So if a big colour change or new look is what you’re looking for Sarah is the stylist for you

Holly Oregano

SENIOR STYLIST

Holly is one of our senior stylists with over 10 years experience in the industry. Holly loves to transform her clients and cares about each client so much.

Hollys specialises in blondes and loves a boho wave to add the finishing touch. Holly is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to homecare and getting your hair healthy again. Holly works full time in our Phibsborough salon.

This girl has the most amazing personality and is always in good form. She is sure to make your experience at La Mode a very enjoyable one.

Anna O’Hanlon

SENIOR CREATIVE STYLIST

Anna is one of our Senior creative stylists at La Mode, she has over 8 years experience and has worked on an array of celebrity photoshoots. She is a previous L’Oreal Id Artist, has completed the ABC of cutting at Vidal Sassoon in London.

Annas true passion is for styling and creating bespoke vintage waves, undone boho updos and so much more, she is our go to bridal specialist and is one of our Freehand balayage artists, so if you wish to book with Anna please do so in advance as Anna books up weeks in advance.

Nadine Brady

JUNIOR STYLIST

Nadine is a junior stylist bursting with passion & enthusiasm to learn. Nadine was awarded a place on the Irish Hairdressers all Ireland star team out of over 100 Irish trainees. Nadine attends weekly in salon training classes to ensure she is constantly up-skilling and will soon qualify as a senior stylist with La Mode.

Nadine is available for bookings for all styling services and strong point is braids and waves so book with Nadine to create that perfect style for any occasion.
